要想从以前的 PostgreSQL 版本迁移到新的版本， 我们需要进行一次用 pg_dump 进行倾倒/恢复的工作． 不能 用 pg_upgrade 升级到这个版本，因为和以前版本相比， 表在磁盘上的（存储）结构已经经过修改了。
